This script performs the Mahogany Homes minigame for you. It supports all contract tiers, NPC contact and non-NPC contact, farm runs and BH runs.

Script Requirements & Notes

  • All scripts are optimized for Fixed mode. Run the Settings Searcher (found in the launcher) before starting.

  • Farm & Birdhouse (BH) runs are included as antiban only — not standalone. Thanks to Club XJ and CanadianJames.

Mahogany Homes: First Time?

Speak to Amy in Falador before using contracts.

Teleport Settings (Normal Spellbook)

  • House teleport → set to “outside”. house settings
  • Varrock teleport → set to Varrock (not GE). varrock settings

Bank Setup

  • Have your charged jewelry with the low charged one to the left and the stack of fully charged jewelry to the right.

  • AVOID:

    • Multiple herb seeds at the top — it picks the topmost one.

For NPC Contact Method (Lunar Spellbook)

  • Be on Lunar spellbook

  • Pre-cast NPC Contact, set right-click to Amy

  • Bank/inventory setup:

    • Rune pouch (Air, Astral, Cosmic)

    • Elemental staff or tome (equipped)

    • Imcando or regular hammer (equipped)

    • Saw or Amy’s saw (equipped)

    • Plank sack (optional)

    • Steel bars (no Iron/Silver nearby)

    • Plenty of:

      • Planks
      • Fally, Varrock, Ardy tabs
      • Rings of dueling
      • House tabs, Hosidius tablets, or Xeric's (as per GUI)

Start anywhere with a ring of dueling(1) or crafting cape equipped. Inventory can be empty or set up.

For Regular Method (Normal Spellbook)

  • Be on Normal spellbook

  • Rune setup:

    • No pouch: Air, Water, Earth, Fire, Law
    • Pouch: Air, Earth, Law
    • Divine pouch: Air, Earth, Water, Law

  • Equipment:

    • Rune pouch (if used)
    • Elemental staff/tome (to substitute runes)
    • Hammer (Imcando/regular), Saw (Amy's or regular)
    • Plank sack (optional)
    • Planks, Steel bars (no Iron/Silver nearby)
    • Fally, Varrock, Ardy tabs
    • House tabs, Hosidius tablets, Xeric's (as per GUI)

Start in Ardougne or with crafting cape equipped. If inventory is set up, you can start anywhere.

Farm Run & Birdhouse Run Instructions

  • Enable Auto-weed and ensure patches are pre-raked or pre-planted.
  • Set house teleport to “outside.” if using hosidius house house settings

Bank Setup

  • Place required items in the first bank tab, at the top.
  • Script searches for missing items but this is slower.
  • Avoid multiple herb seeds at the top of the bank. The script takes whichever is closest to the top regardless of your selection.

Farm Run Items

  • Compost/Supercompost/Ultracompost/Bottomless bucket (Not stored in leprechaun)
  • Weiss Herb: Icy Basalt
  • Stronghold Herb: Stony Basalt, 73 Agility, Fremennik Hard Diary
  • Ardy Herb/Flower: Ardy Cape 2+ (Equipped or bank)
  • Kandarin Bush: Pre-planted White Berry, Ardy Cape 1+
  • Farming Guild: Farming Cape or stack of Skill Necklaces (1 with 1–3/5 charges left, 1 full stack)
  • Farming Guild Cactus: Pre-planted Potato Cactus
  • Falador Herb/Flower: Explorer’s Ring 2+ (Equipped or bank)
  • Catherby: Camelot runes/tablets or Catherby runes/tablets
  • Phasmatys: Ectophial
  • Hosidius: Charged Xeric’s or Hosidius tablets
  • Giant Seaweed: Seaweed spores, 2 Digsite Pendant spots (1 low-charge, 1 full stack)

Birdhouse Run Items

  • 1x Clockwork (optional, speeds up run)
  • Stack of desired logs
  • Stack of birdhouse seeds (Barley by default)
  • 1x Hammer, 1x Chisel
  • 2x Digsite Pendant spots (1 low-charge, 1 full stack)
